يستهدف المشروع تسليط الضوء على تجربة رائدة لنوبيين الشتات لعمل مسرح مجتمعي بالجهود الأهلية في قري التهجير المصري. المشروع يعتبر أول توثيق لتجربة المسرح المجتمعي في قري التهجير النوبية في مصر، كما أن التجربة نفسها هي تجربة رائدة، حيث ان المسارح المجتمعية لم تكن معروفة في القري المتاخمة لقري تهجير النوبيين كما انه لم يسبق انشاء مسرح بلغة من لغات السكان الأصليين من قبل داخل القطر.

The project seeks to shine a spotlight on the groundbreaking initiative of the Nubian diaspora in establishing community theaters through grassroots efforts in the villages affected by Egyptian displacement. With a focus on fostering Nubian culture and nationalism, particularly within Egypt, the project aims to engage and empower the Nubian community. Recognizing the projects connection with the broader Egyptian environment, we have strategically woven elements that support cross-cultural understanding, contributing to the enrichment of Egypt’s cultural tapestry.
